  • Detailed specs for new upcoming Mastertunings

i think it would be awesome for most of us to not only have a personal/descriptive impression of a Mastertuning.

some hard facts differences based on "reference MT" like lowest frequency setting or warmer setting for 30-100hz with +5db or so would be nice

Why? Just try them all and pick the one that sound the best.

      1. why not ?
      2. it would be good to know if the new MT has e.g. a cutoff in lower frequencies
      3. some people like facts and not only a more or less personal impression
      4. it shouldn't be a huge effort as the design of the MT is already there and the specs known

sure try and error is nice but terribly annoying when you run a room correction with 17 points to measure just to find out that it sucks

Couldn't you see a lot of this from the room correction graphs?

JimG yes but not until it's calculated.

and TBH as the specs are already defined it's just copy paste so nobody gets hurt. if you don't care about specs of something BEFORE even testing it then thats a way to do but other people prefer to read a spec sheet upfront
