    Yep, as JimG says, you need to remove the cover at the bottom of the remote

    Regarding the sensitivity, then this is something we have looked into, and will do again once we are clear of bigger issues with the hub. We agree that the volume curve could use a bit more tweaking, and have already tried a few things. but as said, this is not that high on the priority list right now, as we need to get the drop-out solved for those having these, and fixed the mastertunings and app.

    You need to take the end of the remote off. It's screwed in and yo should have had an allen key with it when you got it.

    Yes, the volume is very sensitive around there - I would like more volume steps, maybe 100, instead of the current 30.

    Hi
    I'm afraid of breaking something when I try getting the lid of where I think the batteries are on the remote. Any tipps? Seems silly but i've applied quite a lot of strength and nothing happens.

    There seems to be a big jump in volume just before 50% volume. Is that a known issue?
